Log into your laptop using the above username and password.

Verify Cato VPN is Connected

Before changing your password, make sure the Cato VPN client is connected

1. Open the Cato Client icon on your Desktop.

2. The client will say 'Disconnected'. Click the button above Disconnected and you will be prompted to log in. Use your laptop login credentials, with your entire email address as the username (username@domain.com) .

*This ensures your password syncs properly with the domain.

After the Cato Client displays “Connected” proceed to changing your password.

Reset Your Password

Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete:

This brings up the Windows Security screen.
Click “Change a password”.

Fill in the fields:

User name field shows your domain account
Enter your current laptop password.
Enter the new password, then confirm it.
- New passwords must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one uppercase/lowercase letter, a number and a symbol.
Click the arrow or press Enter to submit.

After a few minutes this password will sync to your email account. Your laptop and email will use this password.
